Did you know that Sovereign Hospice offers a 13 month bereavement program to benefit the family after their loved one passes?
Hospice care is not just for the patient. We are here for the family while the patient is alive and after the patient passes. Grief is a normal human reaction. It works in stages and we can guide you through them. We will be here to ensure that the family is grieving appropriately. We are here to support you through the final arrangements, memorial services, and celebrate the life of your loved one. We will send you regular mailers, support reading materials, referrals to grief support groups, in person visits by hospice team members – you name it, if there is anything we can do to help you through this, rest assured you can count on us!
Sovereign Hospice cherishes family members and their love for the departed through our Bereavement Programs. Again all bereavement services offered through Sovereign Hospice are at no cost to the family member. Our hospice ministry of presence ensures constant support through out this journey.
After considerable time has passed, we invite our beloved families to consider volunteering time to help others who are going through the same plight. Together we can make this world a better place for every one.
